Hey everyone!!
RIGHT before school started back up this year, I was able to squeeze in a family session with the Mitchell family!! Linda is a librarian at my school, and she helped me so much with my level 1 English language learners last year! We found ourselves to be great partners while opening the students up to themed reading on their English level. Our students faced challenges understanding, and we faced challenges reaching them, but everyone had fun all-around in the library. :)
I was so, so excited to get to know Linda's husband and kids. They are all wonderful, and I loved learning more about them during our session in Old Town Manassas!
They each brought a hard-copy book as well as an electronic device to show the change of the times...
SO clever and such a cool idea! It also showed their personalities well. :)

It's really hard to express how much FUN I had during this session. I'm so thankful to see Linda each day at school, and I'm looking forward to a few more family sessions later this month!!
